The great advantage of working in a startup is the chance to see an incredible number of tasks.

I started as a BackEnd Ruby On Rails developer, but then I had to work on the whole stack: HTML5, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS3.

I became a member of the entrepreneurial team and responsible for the eLegacy project, thanks to which I learned Vue and Nuxtjs, using Rails only with APIs. But I also learned how to create Gantt and budget, and respect them together with my team.

I was also in charge of sales, accounting manager, marketing campaign organizer. To do all this I have studied and learned the basics of growthacking, of user experience and I have developed company procedures for managing user feedback

Barman 2011 - 2015

Lots of people say I should not say I was a barman, it is not related to what I do today. I really think that it's worth a mention: I was a student during the week, but I was a barman during weekends.

Someone could say that this is not a valuable experience, but I learnt how lucky I was to have the opportunity to study the whole week. I think this made the difference in my motivation.
